  • Q:     What do I need to use your VPN service?
    We’ve made it as easy as possible for our customers to use our service. We do not require our clients to download any additional software, we allow our customers to use the pre-installed software that comes shared in all MAC and Windows operating systems. Upon ordering we will also provide a step by step guide along with detailed pictures explaining the setup process, which takes less than a minute. We have also created our own custom software that allows our customers to simply enter their username and password and be connected within seconds. However, as mentioned above using the software is not required, as it’s available solely for our customer’s convenience.
  • Q:     What happens after I place an order?
    Upon paying for your order, you will receive an email with your VPN account details, including username and password along with a step by step guide explaining the entire setup process which should only take a minute. Dedicated and Fresh plans require one of our employees to manually setup your account, so delivery time may vary, but the process is usually done within an hour or two, but do keep in mind that some days it can take longer depending on numerous factors. Such as if our network is currently receiving upgrades by our technicians or if there are several orders pending ahead of yours it can take longer, since orders are approved in the order they came in. Also please note that new customers who pay with a credit card may have to go through additional verification, which can cause some delays in your order’s approval time.
  • Q:     What operating systems and mobile devices does your VPN service work with?

    Our service is compatible with almost all operating systems and modern mobile devices, such as Linux, MAC, Windows, Android, iPad, iPhone, Nokia, etc… You can find detailed tutorials and step by step picture guides on our website, and if you ever need assistance or have any questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

  • Q:     Will connecting to a VPN slow down my internet connection?
    There’s no one answer to this question, as there are a lot of factors that contribute to the internet speed you get while connected to a VPN. One of the primary factors being your distance from the server location you are connected to. For example if you live in New York and connect to one of our servers in New York your internet speed will most likely be quicker than if you connected to one of our servers in the Netherlands. However, seeing as 24vc has servers available in more than 20 countries, your internet speed shouldn’t be a problem.
  • Q:     Can I watch videos, movies, and TV shows while connected to a VPN?
    Yes, our service works with most of the major websites that provide such content.
  • Q:     Can I request a fresh ip change and how much would it cost?
    Yes of course, 24vc has you covered! At any point in time you can request a fresh ip change for any reason, and there is only a one time fee of $15. So there is absolutely no risk in committing long term and the discounts you would get from signing up for a longer billing cycle are significant!

  • Q:    What payment methods do you currently accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, as well as BitCoin, PayPal and Western Union.

  • Q:    Will my credit card be charged automatically every month?

    Invoices are generated five days before the due date, at which point your credit card would be automatically charged each month. However, if you prefer us to not bill you automatically simply open a support ticket and let our billing department know of your preference. You can also easily cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Q:    After payment is made, how quickly will I receive my VPN login information?

  • Q:    How do I cancel a service?

    Simply login to the client area, then go to the My Services page and click view details near the service you wish to cancel. Then click Request Cancellation and you’re all done.
